Smashing success for the first August themed dinner at La Cabana Berga

This August, La Cabana Berga has kicked off a series of themed dinners with undeniable success. The first event, held in our idyllic garden, was a true gastronomic menu that captivated all attendees with a fresh, seasonal culinary proposal.

A culinary journey under the stars

Jordi Badia and his team designed a menu that was a true tribute to the flavors of summer. The dinner began with highly sophisticated appetizers, including our mimetic olive collection, the incredibly creamy prawn croquette, and the surprising brandade churro.

The flavor journey continued with a fresh tomato soup with king prawn and an innovative cherry gazpacho. The main courses were a delight for everyone: the authentic mountain rice, the delicate hake with vetch (a truly special dish), and the succulent oxtail.

To top it all off, the desserts left a memorable impression: a refreshing watermelon carpaccio with mint and a classic peach tatin.

An experience to remember

The public turnout exceeded all expectations, and attendees expressed their satisfaction with the experience. The talent of the kitchen team and the professionalism of the front-of-house staff made every detail perfect, turning the dinner into a magical night.
