BEER PAIRING DINNER WITH CERVESES GRENYUT

A Refreshing Start Full of Contrasts

 

We began with our assortment of appetizers, followed by a fresh tomato salad with ham and beric. To accompany this initial tasting, the subtlety of the Merlès Beer harmonized perfectly, preparing the palate for what was to come.

 

Delicacy and Daring

 

The second course was roasted cannelloni with crispy cheese, which we served alongside a tuna tataki. The light bitterness and citrus notes of the APA Santpe Beer masterfully balanced the creaminess of the cannelloni and the freshness of the fish.

 

The Power of the Main Course

 

For the main course, there was no doubt: we enjoyed a succulent veal rib with Berguedà herbs. To accompany it, the Merolla Beer, a potent and peculiar beer that easily held up to the weight of the meat, creating a memorable combination.

 

An Unforgettable Grand Finale

 

Before dessert, we hit the reset button on our palates with a refreshing watermelon carpaccio with mint. Finally, to put the cherry on top, the chocolate in our brownie found its ideal partner in the deep and sweet La Golosa Beer. A perfect pairing to end the night.
